- Customers must request a return/exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or exchange, a proper unboxing video is mandatory.
Please ensure:
- The video clearly shows the package label before opening.
- The parcel is unboxed in one continuous shot (no cuts or pauses).
- The issue (defect or wrong product) is clearly visible.
