Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of defective or incorrect products.

  • Customers must request a return/exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or exchange, a proper unboxing video is mandatory.

Please ensure:

  • The video clearly shows the package label before opening.
  • The parcel is unboxed in one continuous shot (no cuts or pauses).
  • The issue (defect or wrong product) is clearly visible.
